My time as a Shows and Attractions Host has given me a huge insight into how Attractions operate, with an extremely high level of communication amongst all staff as well as further developing how i interact with guests aiming to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, In addition i was also presented with new concepts such as a batching guests, maintaining a que cross and how to evacuate the attraction to ensure guest safety. My time as Host has truly shown me the importance of communication amongst staff and has been a great start to my continued work at the Alton Towers Resort.
