Managed national operational systems (especially warehousing, pharmacy and security), with line management responsibility for a team of six, to ensure successful implementation of all WASH, Health, Nutrition and Shelter/NFI projects within Medair’s multi-million dollar South Sudan program, funded by ECHO, USAID/OFDA, SDC and CHF. Through it's emergency response teams, and recovery programming, Medair has been a crucial humanitarian actor in South Sudan, providing appropriate life-saving assistance for populations displaced by violence, communities hit by diseases such as kala azar, and refugees/returnees in major camp settings including Maban refugee camp, and the Renk returnee transit camp.

Developed new business for IJM through networking, regular public speaking and grant writing; built and managed internal systems; project managed all external marketing and communications initiatives; managed the work of graduate interns and Justice Advocate program volunteers. IJM's global programs in South East Asia, South Asia, Africa and Latin America address major human rights abuses including sex trafficking, bonded labor, child labor, sexual violence, land theft, illegal detention and citizenship violation. Applying a collaborative casework model, IJM projects ensure victims are rescued, represented, cared for and protected, and that perpetrators are prosecuted.

Supported every programmatic and operational element of the IJM Thailand country program. Acted as a representative at working groups and stakeholder meetings; provided accurate monthly reporting; developed casework systems; liaised daily between the Field Office Director and IJM headquarters in Washington, D.C.Projects included a multi-year citizenship rights project among marginalized ethnic minority hill tribe populations on the Thai/Burma border and the start up (program design and resource mobilization phases) of a new program assisting sexual abuse survivors with legal and aftercare services throughout the investigation, prosecution and recovery phases.
