I am an analytical, action-oriented SaaS executive with a passion for helping businesses scale and navigate an ever-changing economic environment. As Chief Growth Officer of QCSS Health, the leading Medicaid MLTSS software provider, I lead our GTM strategy and initiatives, including sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships.Prior to QCSS Health, I served as VP of Revenue Operations at Fusion Risk Management (a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company), where I successfully led our GTM operations to an exit from Vista Equity Partners to Great Hill Partners, growing ARR by ~4x (organically) within 3.5 years. In addition, I was a member of Fusion's Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Vista's High Potential Leadership Program (HPLP) cohort to identify and train C-suite talent.Before joining Fusion Risk Management, I drove and executed numerous high-value projects at Groupon, Amazon, and Deloitte Consulting in a variety of roles. At Groupon, I designed and executed Groupon Goods' channel distribution strategy and drove new revenue-generating initiatives. At Amazon, I identified, analyzed, and designed the end-to-end customer experience for a pre-launch exploratory project. At Deloitte, I managed teams that utilized advanced analytics and machine learning to solve business problems across a wide variety functional areas, including customer engagement, marketing, pricing and supply chain.
