In consultation with the Project Leader, Industry Partner(s), Commercial and Contract Departments, generated, procured and delivered initial platform spares support scalings and managed platform through life support. Contract monitored, reviewed and enforced to ensure contracted KPI’s adherence and monitored platform spares procurement costs to prevent budget overspend and continued Value for Money. Eradicated underperforming monopolistic single source supplier by introducing a multi-source supplier strategy based on stock availability, quickest lead time and best value. As a result, Lead Times were reduced, greater availability was achieved and the allotted £4m spares support budget was not exceeded.
