Group: IEG (Interactive Entertainment Group) - Team K6: League of LegendsBackground: I worked for the marketing and publishing research of League of Legends Wild Rift (Mainland China Region). We know players form the foundation of the League of Legends community, and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends Wild Rift experience.Achievements:- Collected players data from Brazil, Indonesia and Spain to analyse the player behaviours of our first Alpha test results. Visualised seven-day retention rate, daily active user, average time spent on the game, and other data by Tableau. Conducted a strategic plan based on the data to predict the game installation trend in China.- Searched League of Legends campaigns and adjusted the suitable marketing plan for the game-opening ceremony of Wild Rift.- Learned and immersed in other popular phone MOBA games (Mobile Legends and Honor of Kings) and conducted a competitor analysis and SWOT analysis based on my 100 hours of user experience on each game.

Main Project:- Assisted the biggest Japanese Telecom Company Docomo to find potential business deals with the Accenture Safari Ventures.Achievements:- Collected and collated primary data through multiple channels, and had 10 in-depth interviews to analyse the needs and pain points of customers' smart factory construction.- Screened more than 30 start-up technology companies, sorted out the company's technical characteristics, technical application scenarios and financing history, and matched the investment that meets the customer's business layout.- Solicited cooperation intentions from the target company, determined the direction of cooperation through a tripartite meeting with Accenture (Japan) and customers and conducted field research on 5 companies.

Main Project:- Research on how to implement the Westpac banking apps and digital services for the older demographic with the chatbot Red.Achievements:- Led a five-person team to conduct market research, user interviews and user stories to study the popularity of mobile banking application among the elderly customer groups.- Compared and analysed the pros and cons of different bank products, and summarised the direction of product optimisation based on their pain points and needs.- Cooperated to develop a mobile banking prototype for the elderly, conducted user tests and optimised the design based on usability, operability. Wrote a 6,000-word product feasibility analysis report, and explained the product logic to the bank automation team.

Description:- CCBC is the 2nd largest bank in China, with a market capitalisation of $304 B with 345,971 employees.Achievement: - Rebuilt credit scorecard model using random forest algorithm, WoE and IV for feature engineering, and a confusion matrix for model validation which was very positively received from management. - Conducted model scoping study on optimising the mix of products recommended to each customer. Tools and techniques included decision trees, k-means clustering, Ramex-forum models, deep neural networks in SAS, Python, and R.
