I managed the budgeting and planning process, closed the books in a timely manner, ensured external and internal compliance, worked with auditors and tax authorities, developed and implemented KPIs, set the standard costs, and developed the finance organization. On a regular basis, I was charged with the analysis of potential acquisition targets including financial modeling and preparation of decisions for senior division management. Accomplishments include:Provided financial oversight and ensured compliance with USGAAP, HGB, Sarbanes Oxley, and Stryker accounting policies.
