CurrentTechnical Support Consultant for the AVEVA Unified Supply Chain (USC) Support Team, providing technical problem solving and administrative support to users of a wide range of USC products. These products have included an established range of planning, scheduling, assay and supply distribution tools, as well as more recent software acquisitions in related fields.Key responsibilities include:• Running in-person and virtual training courses for both AVEVA users and clients from around the world;• Deployment of cloud and on-prem products to new and upgrading clients;• Developing video and web-based resources about multiple AVEVA products for the purposes of eLearning, best practice and software feature demonstration;• Troubleshooting custom client assets to ensure continuity of workflows involving AVEVA software.
