Tasked with creating a unique identity for The Kingston Food Hub, an early stage social enterprise.Constructed a marketing blueprint and strategic plan to aim to convey the Food Hub’s value and point of difference to stakeholders, such as Farmers, Business Owners, and everyday consumers, in what is a saturated and diverse produce market.Devised unique ways to engage the community- such as collaborations with local University agricultural and culinary school programs, Farmer and Chef Master Classes and Farmer coworking spaces.

I was tasked with building rapport, fostering new and furthering existing relationships with Alumni of diverse backgrounds and ages while raising support for the University.Of a team of 30, I procured the highest dollar amount of gifts to the University (39% of the total figure) and the largest ever single gift from the calling program.Following the completion of the program, I was asked to continue working with the Development and Alumni Relations team to complete data analysis and provide actionable insights that have shaped future campaigns.In addition, I was:The Events Manager for: - UWA Open Day (≈ 12,000 attendees) - UWA Medical School Open Day (≈ 3,000 attendees) - UWA Postgraduate Pizzerias (≈ 500 attendees)Drove the social media strategy and the student communications plan for the 2017 Alumni Fund 'People's Choice Award' Grant, achieving a 94% increase in votes YOY.Designed and wrote copy for eDM's sent to over 50 000 alumni.Devised and implemented the alumni 'Words of Wisdom' program that sees all graduates invited to share one piece of advice to a first-year student. These are be printed and shared with students on the first day of their journey at UWA. The program aims to foster stronger connections and engagement between students and alumni cohorts.

In this role I lead and collaborated with a diverse team of 12 committee members, managing 7 different portfolios, to ensure the best possible experience for the club's 400 members and stakeholders.During my tenure, I helped evolve the club's strategic direction to ensure it's future in a growingly competitive university and residential college environment which saw the team and I develop a diverse program of educational, social, sporting and cultural programs and innovative campaigns to drive brand equity growth.In this time I also created BNOC, a for-students, by students music festival featuring local, national and international artists. I drove the project from inception to delivery, managing over 100 volunteers, employees and contractors. The inaugural festival featured Hot Dub Time Machine and Slumberjack and was enjoyed by over 1200 students.
