Led a team of 7 volunteers to plan impactful programming for the UK LGBTQ+ tech community through Out in Tech, a global non-profit, which I launched in the UK in 2017. We organised events to help our 2000+ members connect professionally, put together events to spark action towards progress, and give back to the wider community. We partnered with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, WeWork, Snapchat, Microsoft, and more to make this happen.

We do this through up-skilling and re-skilling our students in business education. Flatiron School is a global coding, data science, and design bootcamp. I was responsible for the overall success, growth, and management of the London region.

Kano is a creative computing company. I was responsible for building and growing Kano's education and corporate partnerships.Favourite achievement: I built a partnership with a private foundation, World Learning and Save the Children to empower hundreds of Syrian refugees in Iraq with code, which has scaled to hundreds more in Jordan.

Taught for 4 years in 2 inner-city London schools. Promoted twice in both schools to lead departments of incredible educators.
