My expertise lies in the creation of research-led content aimed at fostering continual growth for all stakeholders within an organization.Prior to Maven, I spent significant time in Oslo, Norway, providing applied Psychology tutoring within a private practice. A notable transition in my career took place in 2011 when I joined the globally renowned design practice and furniture manufacturer, MillerKnoll, formerly known as Herman Miller.Over the past 17 years, I've accumulated an extensive range of experiences - from teaching and academic practice to gaining industry-specific knowledge.
