In charge of scoping and implementing multiple systems which have greatly improved the efficiency of our operation. These comprised of implementing a synchronised and distributed contracting platform, implementing a cloud-based document synchronisation service, implementing three regional after-sales business management systems, and the single-handed scoping and implementing of a major CRM platform.
