New North is a collaborative effort among business and community leaders to promote cooperation and economic development in the 18-county region of Northeast Wisconsin. The Mission of New North is to harness and promote the region's resources, talents, and creativity for the purpose of sustaining and growing our regional economy.

Led the articulation of a new vision and values framework and played a key role in architecting the turnaround and cultural renewal of Associated Bank with balanced emphasis on establishing core foundational capabilities, driving business growth, enhancing risk and governance processes, and changing the internal and external perspective of and identification with the organization.Continued emphasis on organizational evolution towards best in class in the Regional Banking space.

Led a joint initiative of Union Bank and BTMU/Headquarters of the Americas to define a North American vision for MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group). Initiated a set of North American strategy initiatives to improve business alignment. Defined the outline of M&A options for targeted growth.

Built a Strategy function de novo and created a high performance team to cover the areas of Strategic Planning, Performance Management/Balanced Scorecard, and Customer Experience Management. Authored the book "Union Bank - A California History of 145 years".

Managed a wide range of projects in the areas of Financial Institutions (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management), Health Insurance, and Non-profit on topics ranging from Strategy to Cost Reduction.
