Leadership of the Command Support Group, a team of 35 providing communications support to an operational organisation of 750 personnel, reporting directly to the Commanding Officer. Oversee the management of £5million worth of specialist equipment and leading stakeholder engagement on all communications related matters.

Primary responsibility of planning all activity conducted by the sub-unit of over 200 people and ensuring that this was delivered to the highest standard. Additionally, leading on mentorship of junior Officers and Senior NCOs on report writing, planning and training activities.

Leadership of a platoon of 35 experienced soldiers, responsible for their training, education, deployment, personal welfare and career development, getting 5 members of my team promoted during this period. Oversaw the upkeep of £2million worth of equipment and assisted with UK Contingency Operations.
