Part of the WA Surfacing management team with the responsibility of financial management for 17 business units across three depots and seven asphalt plants covering all of Western Australia. Current focus is on transitioning the business from business as usual to one of continuous improvement. • Initially employed as the Finance and Administration Manager for one branch. Leading an administration team of 7 staff in one depot and managing the office.
