• Managed 23 Performance Drillers across all areas in L48 drilling operations• Assisted Performance Products team in rollout of automation tools on 68 rigs in L48• Oversaw 24 hour ROC coverage for up to 92 L48 rigs and 4 international rigs• Coordinated training for drillers in Colombia, Argentina and Saudi Arabia on new technologies• Developed online SmartROS training using simulator to replace in person drilling training

Operated on a "Pace-X" rig drilling in Haynesville Shale for BHP. Drilled multiple wells from surface all the way to running production casing. Went through extensive training obtaining IADC Rig Pass Certification.
