Interrogating and digging into the issue, and forming an understanding of the core problems that should be solved. It’s why I enjoy leveraging research and the analysis of data to form strong actionable insights that get to the bottom of what people are really experiencing. It’s why I relish collaborative working, workshops and deep dives, drawing on diverse ideas to expand my perspective. And it’s why I’m passionate about pulling all this together to develop strategies to tackle the problem and deliver value for organisations by putting their customers at the core.
