Since starting my studies, I have returned to my previous role as Sales Co-Worker. I work here part-time, specifically every other weekend, which I combine with my studies and running my own business.

After completing the leadership training program, I shared responsibility for daily operations with the supervision of the store’s Sales Manager. In this role, I worked to streamline work processes and maximize the potential of my colleagues. I was also a project leader for various projects, including the introduction of new products, the development of the department's annual plan, sales strategies and follow-ups.

I was admitted to IKEA’s internal leadership program, ILEAD, for future leaders. The program focused on developing leadership skills and gaining a deeper understanding of management. Through the program, I gained important insights on how to develop my capabilities in communication, decision-making, and team motivation, aligned with IKEA’s core values and leadership philosophy

Stepped up to a full-time role as a sales representative after graduating from Hvitfeldtska. My primary tasks have been sales-related, such as being attentive to, and meeting each customer’s unique needs. Furthermore, I was in charge of sales forecasts to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.

I started working part-time as a sales representative at IKEA while studying at Hvitfeldtska.

Running my own business, specializing in event management and the rental of DJs and DJ equipment. As an entrepreneur, I have helped coordinate various types of events such as weddings and corporate functions. Working with DJ coordination has allowed me to build strong relationships within the industry and ensure high quality in the services I offer.

Supervised cargo handling and performed other clerical duties related to loading, discharging and registration of containers according to the planning schedule. Counted goods and matched them with shipping invoices to ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing cargo.

Performed container lashing operations on Maersk Triple E-class container ships.

Focus on communication, efficiency, and creating a positive atmosphere. I was responsible for administrative tasks such as bookings and member registration. Additionally, I was involved in the sale of memberships and other offers to support the gym's effectiveness and success.
