To lead and own lean project deliverables whilst upskilling frontline leaders in continuous improvement techniques, and delivering tangible benefits that positively impact, cost reduction, risk reduction and customer experience. Manage, lead and coach a team of Lean Analysts to deliver business improvements. During my time in this role I have led and actively been involved in CI projects which have delivered upwards of £2m benefits as well as improving risk profiles and an uplift in customer service. I was also successful in achieving a promotion into a Senior Analyst position.

To ensure a best in class process governance and architecture framework exists, to deliver process improvements, support change and maintain a continuous improvement culture. My key achievement in this role was leading my team to deliver 720 working process maps and standard operating procedures in just 12 months whilst coaching improvement techniques that yielded capacity benefits.

Key focus on systems re-engineering activity looking at delivery of tangible benefits (cost savings and customer service) through specialising in, and adopting a systems thinking approach. Emphasis was applied to developing cultural change through operationalising principles of systems thinking and lean in order to bring about continuous improvement.
