My role as Customer Acquisition Team Leader involves leading a team of Business Development Managers focused on helping, serving and supporting net new businesses to Intercity and bringing them on board as customers.

Identify and win new logo business for Intercity Technology across our three divisions; Communications, Cloud & Security and Managed Services. Maintain a good working relationship with new logo wins to explore if Intercity can help solve future challenges with technology. Responsible for an annual gross profit target of new logo business wins. Measured by continuous prospecting within my network and ensuring this network is always growing.

Managing a set of enterprise accounts in the communications division at Intercity Technology. This includes services such as; Business Mobile, Business Telephony, Managed Data/Business Connectivity (internet).Its my job to develop strong relationships with my accounts, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders for retention of current services but also new business predominantly within the communications division.
