With over 16 years’ experience in the industry I have been the creative lead behind a vast range of projects for clients large and small, local and international. From brand creation and development to the generation of integrated campaigns for major retail companies, B2B and B2C clients. I co-founded Design Depot in 2003 and since then the company has developed into a financially sound business built on knowledge, passion, creative ability, value, service and an impeccable track record of long-term relationships with all of our clients. We have become the preferred supplier to regional clients such as the University of Northampton and St Andrew’s Healthcare to B2B Super-brand the British Standards Institution and FTSE 100 company Capita.More recently on a global stage I have gained valuable experience working with large businesses and corporations within the Middle East for brands including Oman Sail, The Wave Muscat, Oman Air, Muscat Municipality and the Oman Ministry of Tourism.Role and ResponsibilitiesMy role as Creative Director is defined primarily by three distinct areas of direction: design, artistic and creative, over which I have many responsibilities, these include:• Creative decision making• Design and artistic direction• Directing and supervising a team of creatives, designers and artworkers• Ensuring that a high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for both myself and my team• Delivering integrated communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives• Account management - listening, questioning, prioritising and translating the client’s situation, marketing goals and information into strategic brand concepts, voice, messages and rationales• Project management - overseeing the execution of projects from conception through to launch• Business development and sales
