In addition, I participate in delivery process design and review, to ensure high quality programmes, support the implementation of new contracts alongside Regional and Business Managers, support self-assessment activity for the geographical area of responsibility contributing to local and self-assessment reports as agreed with the Regional Manager.I also contribute to the development of effective improvement plans to improve client experience and the effectiveness of programmes, support the development of skills and expertise of staff and managers to meet programme requirements and improve understanding of quality monitoring processes, ensure that best practice is recognised and shared to raise standards across the provision, support preparation and assessment activity to achieve external accreditations and finally assist with any other duties within the scope and nature of the post.

I had to plan and deliver a 7 week curriculum in a non-mainstream school in Ashford, Kent. I was responsible for the welfare of learners with severe learning difficulties, as well as profound and multiple learning difficulties. The subjects I had to teach were literacy, numeracy, history, PE, ICT, DT & PSHE. I had to manage a team of teaching assistants, as well as maintain excellent contact with my line managers, the heads of department, the head of school and parents/guardians. I was trained to deal with severe epilepsy, using a VNS swipe and buccal midazolam.

Quite often, the role was as much about placating customers, or ensuring that a more appropriate advisor was available to assist with a query.

The job entailed assisting in the smooth operation of 3 amusement arcades within the theme park. Regular tasks involved the collection, transportation and handling large sums of money on site and ensuring the funds were deposited correctly. While some of the role required working in an office, most of the role was dealing with customer queries and complaints, or performing regular maintenance on the gaming machines. This maintenance ranged from filling the "hoppers", and changing lighbulbs to dismantling and rebuilding machines to fix broken or worn out mechanisms
