In August, I was promoted to the position of Studio Manager. This promotion came at a crucial time for the team as we hired two junior designers. In addition to continuing my responsibilities from my previous role, I played a major role in the recruitment process and worked closely with the new hires and the rest of the team on a mentoring basis to help them grow and improve. I also led the weekly team meetings with the design, marketing, and photography teams, ensuring that everyone was working productively, effectively, and meeting their deadlines. I provided support where needed as well.

An opportunity arrived for me to begin working at Brand Addition at the start of 2017. I went into the role with basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects however after a few weeks my skills on these platforms had improved drastically and now I'm very efficient across Adobe Creative Cloud.Whilst at Brand Addition I have had the opportunity to work with a number of major Blue Chip Companies, including (but not committed to) Google, Michelin and Exxon Mobil. I began this job soon after the tapas bar first opened starting as a waiter, however, I'm now regularly the host for a Saturday night. Being a host has a lot of responsibility, you have to be able to communicate effectively with customers whilst managing the team delivering the experience including chefs, waiters, waitresses & the bar manager. This job has taught me the importance of effective communication skills along with effective time management. The restaurant/bar are very busy and I have had to adapt on many occasions as ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained is extremely demanding. At times this has been challenging, however, I have always taken on board all challenges considering them all as learning opportunities to improve. A huge part of running the bar successfully is making sure that everyone works as a team. Something that works very well at Levanter. The whole staff acts as its own family and this gets the best out of everyone and its extremely satisfying seeing it so successful. Levanter is a Michelin Guide restaurant that has won multiple awards over the past 2 years. I also ran the company Instagram account and contributed content towards the Twitter and Facebook profiles.

Arriving early to set up multiple cameras in different locations throughout the stadium, test all connection with the gallery to ensure everything is working. Around 30 minutes before kick off we would white balance and check exposure levels to ensure that all the cameras match once the stadium flood lights are on. Would film the entire match including pre match, half time and after the whistle. Once this was done I would dismantle my camera from its position and return it back to the gallery.

Worked on Episode 2,3 and 4 of All Shook UpI worked on the BBC iPlayers first online only TV show which was the music show presented by Marc Riley.On This programme, I was the Sound Shadow where I was able to sit in the sound gallery and watchprofessionals mix the sound. I was required to help out on the audio mixer. I was chosen to help becauseof my knowledge of it. it was exciting working in the professional studio environment with an experiencedcrew who were able to share their knowledge with me
