To ensure hitting targets at correct infill spacing, avoiding historic workings at a distance routinely over a km in depth.• Worked to an extremely high standard of site safety as a large team, 5 rigs spinning.

Two Successful Greenfield Seasons working for Thani-Stratex Djibouti now Oriole Resources PLC. Tasks included:• Running simultaneous operation of RC and diamond drilling rigs from planning to completion. Within budget across and various tenements. • Rig management including building access and pads (by hand and excavator). Scheduling of personnel and supplies. Actively adapting drill programme with changing geology and results. • Core logging and data management of a multi-phase epithermal system, 3km Diamond and 4km RC. • Management of junior geologists, drilling personnel and local labour.• Monitoring of all geological processes and logistical aspects of a complex drill program.• Supervision of meterage, core photos, sampling workflows including core cutting and QAQC insertion.• Experience working in an extreme and remote environment, on a 6:2 week rotation.• Significant experience conducting field mapping of vein systems and alteration. • Planned and conducted grab and trench sampling campaigns.• Worked as a point of contact between local nomads, government and the company.
