I have more than 13 years of experience in this role, leading a team of compliance professionals and serving as a trusted advisor to the board of directors and senior management on compliance issues and risks.I have a strong legal background, with master's degrees in law from the University of Basel and the University of Chicago and a license to practice law in Switzerland. I have also completed executive programs in leadership and management at Harvard Law School and the General Counsel Business School. Before joining Swiss Life, I worked at UBS for seven years, holding various positions in legal, compliance, and operational risk management in Switzerland, India and Hongkong. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in financial regulation, corporate governance, and risk management, which I apply to my current role and to my board memberships and angel investments.
