I founded Bio-Janitorial Service, Inc. in January of 1990 with the concept that “with hard work, anyone can have the American Dream”. While in college, I worked odd jobs such as dishwasher, laundry boy, etc. After four years of college and earning a B.S. degree in Management, I didn’t see much of a positive change beyond the odd jobs I had been used to. With research, I went into the janitorial business and began with $200.00 invested in equipment and supplies. In the beginning, I acted in the capacity of janitor and sales person.My experience in custodial service now encompasses a broad spectrum of knowledge in educational institutions, high tech facilities, high security facilities, general office environments, manufacturing facilities, facilities with multiple locations, banking institutions, distribution and warehouse facilities, fitness centers, the transportation arena, health services, and retail and mall establishments.We are a reputable and diversified minority owned business. Our mission is to provide a clean, safe, pleasant, and healthy environment to various organizations on both local and national levels. We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service and employee relations.We are knowledgeable in all aspects of custodial service as it relates to our industry. We also offer a variety of other facility maintenance services, cost control, risk management, benefit administration, project and task management, and transition management. Bio promotes Green Cleaning as an approach to janitorial services that offers better environmental performance and improved worker health and safety, while retaining the same sanitation quality as traditional, more chemical-intensive methods.
