Ensuring revenue maximization of all Preferred Group Hotels, Resorts and Spa's throughout Florida and the Caribbean. Working with Hotel Directors or Revenue management, Sales and Marketing to ensure strategies are aligned and properties are fully integrated into the Brand initiatives.

Director of Revenue ManagementManaged the Resort through a 130 million dollar renovation including a complete closure and extensive re-opening phase. Attained a STR rank of 2-4 in the last three rolling months of 2008 - never previously achieved. Full year 2008, a volatile year, achieved a transient forecast accuracy within 5% and working with MSE achieved a group forecast accuracy ranking us within the top 10 in the company. Formulated hotel revenue strategy and managed the hotel reservations team and all distribution channels, in harmony with demand forecasts, sales efforts and objectives, to maximize our opportunity, ensure seamless transition of business and growth of customer loyalty.

Director of Revenue Strategy, ECM, Shared ServiceRecommended and aligned the Revenue Strategies of two Lodging products to maximize total combined revenues through pre and post opening phases.

Director of Revenue Management (THRM), ECMImplemented THRM in August 2002 and set up London Revenue Management Cluster strategy meetings to consolidate market strategy.

Reporting to Regional V.P. Revenue Strategy, supporting, auditing and training of existing and converting properties. Coordinating above property activities and efforts with GSO organization, W.W. Reservations, Regional and Corporate offices.

Account support and development, sourcing, BT and TMC sales. Responsible as liaison to GSA Western Europe network to GSO.
