I am leading OpenAI's international strategy and operations. OpenAI's mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.I am also a leadership performance coach for emerging Founders and Revenue Leaders of high-growth technology ventures. More information can be found here: www.oliverjayleadership.comI have scaled multiple high-growth unicorns from early-stage through IPO. As Asana’s (NYSE: ASAN) first Chief Revenue Officer, I was responsible for building and leading the company’s revenue-related teams. Within 5 years, the business grew from less than $20mn to $500mn run-rate revenue. I also led the company's international expansion efforts across 9 countries, growing international revenue contribution to over half of Asana's revenue by the time the company publicly listed. Ultimately, what makes me most proud is my team's engagement scores which were consistently well above industry benchmarks as well the talent we attracted and nurtured - many are now CROs of the next generation of software companies.Prior to Asana, I was an early business executive at Dropbox (NASDAQ: DBX), where I was initially responsible for building out the revenue team and was subsequently Head of Asia Pacific and Latin America. As one of the early pioneers of Product-Led-Growth, Dropbox granted me the opportunity to learn firsthand about the nuances of PLG - both the powerful advantages of the model as well as the unique scale challenges associated with it. These lessons later proved invaluable at Asana.Since 2016, I have also served as an Independent Board Director of Grab (NASDAQ: GRAB). I have coached the executive team through a variety of situations, including: fund-raising, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, competitive strategy and expansion into new markets. I am currently a member of the Audit and Nomination committees and Chairman of the Compensation committee.
