Led a combined hardware and software project team with over a $5 million annual budget and 25 engineers to deliver the company’s newest generation of reticle stage and reticle handler mechatronic modules while aligning with internal and external stakeholders in the US, Europe and Asia.Strategizing – along with technical leadership and line management – on the roadmap for the next 5 years of ASML’s Deep-UV (DUV) reticle handler technology, connecting to the overall DUV product roadmap.Key Accomplishments:Deployed software automation improvements for the DUV reticle handler, enabling a 1.5 – 5% productivity improvement at customers on the latest Twinscan platform and piloting a hybrid, Agile way of working.Drove cost-of goods reduction of $1.2 million annual savings for the DUV reticle stage via strategic supply chain re-allocation.

Following a $15,000 EPA grant project, worked with a small development team to create a smart home lighting control system to provide the color and quality of sunlight indoors.
