Oliver was appointed as a Director of L'Arc Entertainment in May 2021, and has been the Chief Financial Officer of L'Arc Macau Group since January 2016. Oliver is also the Chief Financial Officer of Lisboeta Macau since January 2019.Oliver is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA") and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA"), a Macau Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and a Financial Risk Manager certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals ("GARP"). Oliver started his career with PwC Hong Kong, and was a senior manager specialized in audits of private equity funds, real estate funds and asset management companies. After eleven years of service in PwC, he joined CITIC Capital as a senior finance manager, and managed the finance functions of their real estate funds and venture capital funds. Oliver holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Executive MBA Programme) and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Professional Accountancy (with a minor in Japanese Studies), both from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Oliver was elected as a council member of HKICPA from 2018 to 2019, and was also a member of Professional Accountants in Business Committee and Professional Development Committee in HKICPA during this period.
