About Oliver Loftus
I'm a versatile 3D artist with an aptitude for materials and a keen interest in the technical aspects of art creation. I’m an exceptional problem solver, with a strong foundation in both traditional arts and programming, and a wide set of skills honed across a variety of creative digital platforms.I’m always looking for new ways to improve workflows and provide other artists with tools to make their work easier and more enjoyable. My objective is to “wow” people with immersive, compelling and visually stunning game assets that push the boundaries of what people thought possible. I believe that art should be a little bit like magic. For me, the best response I can get to my work is not praise, it’s when someone’s face lights up and they say, “how did you do that?”. In addition to my professional work as a 3D artist, I'm deeply passionate about knowledge sharing and community building. In my free time, I host interactive learning sessions on Discord, focusing on the intricacies of Blender. This platform has allowed me to connect with both novices and seasoned enthusiasts, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and sharing industry best practices. This experience has not only solidified my own foundation in 3D modelling basics but has also enriched my understanding of common challenges faced by artists in this field.
