I am a flexible engineering student with a strong background in project management, process optimization, agile innovation, and technology integration. My recent focus has been on optimizing production and implementing LEAN principles in work processes. As part of my bachelor project, I have identified improvements in data input and validated KPI measurements.As a supply chain student assistant, I have worked on designing and implementing technical improvements in systems such as Kinaxis RapidResponse and AFO. I have collaborated with experts and external consultants to optimize KPI tools, calculation logic, and user experience.My experience, especially from DTU, also includes planning and conducting workshops, as well as facilitating agile projects using the Half Double method, Double Diamond, and Scrum.Outside of my studies, I have been actively involved in DSE, where I helped organize Denmark's largest job and career fair, and implemented efficient planning processes for internal social events.
