This is organised through the use of Excel spreadsheets with tools such as VLOOKUPS being utilised to improve efficiency. The presentation of these reconciliations is also a priority, so consideration is also given towards their design. Data cleanses have involved checking through our databases for old invoices that have been processed and can be removed as well as updating the information regarding older processed invoices.
