With over 20 years of experience in the digital content industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who co-founded and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Neuromersiv, a company that uses the latest virtual reality (VR) technology to make neurorehabilitation immersive, engaging and motivating. My mission is to improve the lives and outcomes of people recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury by providing them with a highly affordable and portable solution that allows them to practice realistic and rewarding activities of daily living tasks in virtual environments. I believe in creating innovative and impactful products that can transform the healthcare sector and empower patients and clinicians alike.As the COO of Neuromersiv, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including business development, marketing, finance, and grant management. I have leveraged my skills and experience in digital production and business management to guide the company through multiple well-known startup accelerators as well as state & national grant projects worth $1m+. I have also helped to partner the company with multiple research institutions, healthcare providers, and industry experts to validate and optimize our product and ensure its clinical efficacy and commercial potential.
