I am a Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner. I work as a Sleep Health Coach, a Holistic Wellbeing Therapist and I also specialise in Metabolic Health. I use a combination of Nutrition, Mindfulness Meditation, Reiki, mBIT coaching and NLP to form a unique methodology supporting others to achieve their life goals and find the best health and wellbeing possible.I work as a Sleep Coach supporting other people enhance the quality of their sleep for better health.I lead workshops, webinars and talks, coaching sessions, meditations and cooking demos. A large part of my work focusses on supporting people with past and present trauma. By providing guidance and empowerment to unlock their own resources my clients make transformative change to find the best health and wellbeing possible.I am a fully qualified Nutritionist, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, mBIT Coach and NLP master practitioner.I work as a Holistic Therapist supporting people across many different fields. I work part time as a Nutritionist at Combe Grove, Metabolic Health Center in Bath. I am highly creative, pride myself on being inclusive, adaptable and a solution based thinker.Initially I worked as a professional photographer before becoming a chef. The pinnacle of my catering career was to deliver the Plot to Plate Ethos as Executive Chef for Watershed, Bristol, creating ethically and environmentally sourced menus, that were full of goodness and nutrition, a subject still very close to my heart. Today I use these skills to teach others how to prepare and cook food in a healthy and sustainable way and improve overall health and wellbeing.My overall objective is to connect with others and support health and wellbeing.I am passionate about nature, the natural world and taking care of the environment.
