A bit about me...I grew up in Shropshire and went to School at Packwood Haugh, Ellesmere College and then onto Cardiff University.I was introduced to Golf at the age of 8 and went on to play competitive golf for Wales and Great Britain at junior level and for the British Universities team (Palmer Cup) and the Men’s Welsh Amateur Team.Being a financial planner is a privilege as it requires a level of trust with your client above any other business relationship (in my view). Helping individuals to have clarity about what they want to achieve at various stages of their life and then putting together a plan to facilitate this is rewarding. At Penguin we pride ourselves on helping people throughout their lives from setting up a business to planning the best way for their children and grandchildren to receive their hard earned money. I started my career working for larger national advisory firms before becoming an associate director at Holborn Financial in 2007. It was there that I started working with business owners and professionals – particularly in the legal sector.2008 saw the arrival of my daughter and my wife and I decided to move west to Cardiff in 2009. In 2011 I joined forces with Penguin and am proud of the business that my partners and I have built. I am now 38 with 2 ‘lively’ children and a faltering golf game…
