Oliver is the creative director at Micropsi Industries, a Berlin-based software company that develops artificial intelligence for industrial robots. He is the co-founder of Ayla, a consultancy for social enterprises, as well as the former editor and head of communications at the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi), an international think tank in Berlin. Prior to GPPi, he worked as a web manager and editor for the Pew Research Center, a nonpartisan “fact tank” in Washington, DC. Before Pew, Oliver was an associate editor at the PBS NewsHour, also in Washington. He holds advanced degrees in international relations from the Free University in Berlin and in journalism from Boston University.
