About Oliver Black

With my brother, we started both My Family Care and Tinies, businesses that we grew successfully for over 10 years, with 300+ employees and £10million+ turnoverMy Family Care was the UK's leading Family Friendly benefits company. Essentially about making Work + Family work. Through our services we helped companies to retain talent, deliver on diversity targets, increase productivity and become a great place to work. We spent our time working both at a strategic level right down to the practical solutions that make a key difference to employees who have childcare, dependent care and eldercare needs, helping them to combine work & family. In 2019 we sold My Family Care as a HR SaaS business to Bright Horizons, a global $7bn player with operations in North America, Netherlands, Germany & India. I ran the UK & Ireland business & exited fully from Bright Horizons in July-22. I'm now involved as an investor and advisor in various businesses all run by people I'd love to spend more time with.
