UDM (多樣性城市科技研究中心) is a global academic institute currently based in Taiwan. The mission of UDM is to study how people and cities interact in a rapidly urbanising world, focusing on how the development of cities impacts on society, culture and the environment through close collaborations with Taiwan Govt. and international academic institutions. UDM aims to shape new thinking and practice on how to make cities smarter and more sustainable for the next generation of urban dwellers through a series of technology and innovation programmes.

Fuckup Nights Taipei is granted the official license in December 2015. The organizers kicked off the monthly gathering since February 2016. The concept evolved from a mezcal-infused conversation between five friends who felt the need to break free from the stigmas surrounding "failure." As fellow entrepreneurs and soon-to-be fuckupreneurs, they deeply believed in communicating failure as a positive step everyone must overcome on the road to success. Since the launch of the event series in Taiwan, we've delivered 30+ events and engaged 110+ speakers sharing their failure stories. Also, we published a book (Dare to Fail: 30 Tips Towards Success / 搞砸無畏：失敗中創造改變的30個處方) in February 2021.

CreativeMornings Taipei established in June of 2015 and launched in October of 2015, is the first Mandarin-speaking CreativeMornings chapter. The team is made up of 100% volunteers who donate their time to bring CM events to our local community. During October 2015 and March 2020, we've created 55 monthly events (and 3000+ people attended) that provide the community with enormous creative inputs and bring people from different disciplines together to launch more awesome into the world.

The Brand Committee takes responsibility of the brand governance of the global Impact Hub brand in line with the Brand Guidelines, the Brand Management Protocol and the overall Membership Agreement including all other relevant protocols. It also decides on brand related matters on behalf of the network.

GCUC is the largest coworking conference series in the world and just like the industry itself – we’re constantly evolving and reinventing ourselves. This year, we’re taking things to a new level: In November 2017, GCUC was hosted in Taipei. Together we inspire and empower as we share our collective experience with an international audience. GCUC Taiwan is composed of keynotes, panel sessions, workshops, an unconference conference. This was the first official coworking-industry conference in Taiwan. Hosted during November 15-16 2017, with 150+ delegates, industry leaders and community organizers joining to share best practices and to help shape the new work landscape. We invited 20+ speakers from 16 countries to present.

Interota is a triennial worldwide Rotaract meeting organized by Rotaractors and hosted on a rotating basis in different cities. While it is not an official RI meeting, Rotary recognizes the value of this event and supports Interota by approving its program content and ensuring that RI leadership is represented at the event. The meeting offers workshops, discussions, and interesting speakers as well as cultural activities.Oliver involved as bidding team lead and became the Vice Chair afterwards. He was responsible for oversight of operations and public relations and else international engagement.

Precious Plastic is an open-source maker’s program from Dave Hakkens. I received the funding from FRANZ, and organized 6 half-day P. Foundry camps around Taiwan with Impact Hub Taipei staffs, interns and volunteers. It’s also a CSR project for Impact Hub Taipei.

Act as Art-editor of Medtronic Taiwan Internal E-news Letter (Flower News). Assist on annual campus recruitment, lunch & learn, family day and else activities and trainings. Also, take as corporate communication designer, designing Medtronic Taiwan Mug and many other communication posters and T-shirts.Project Lead of Corporate Citizenship; planning, designing and executing local corporate citizenship programs. In 2012, successfully leverage Medtronic global Project 6 in Taiwan. Project 6 is a Medtronic Mission in Motion’s month long global effort of employee volunteerism, which marks the “kickoff” of a year of community involvement activities worldwide. Demonstrating the sixth tenet of our Mission “to maintain good citizenship as a company”, employees unite efforts with emphasis on global health access for the underserved.Remarkable projects for corporate citizenship are: Color For Life, Light Up The Future, Charity Donation (books, housing stuffs, used laptops) and Campus Career Talks. In 2 years, 10 sessions has been successfully carried out with great impact to over 1000 university students. Besides, successfully sustain the partnership with Ren-He Elementary School for mutual cooperation between Medtronic and the school for 3 years. In 2014 summer, Medtronic Taiwan sets its pantry a Fair Trade Pantry, adopting fair trade coffee beans.
