Oliver Taylor is a Fathers' Engagement Officer and Peer Support Coordinator at Daventry Volunteer Centre. I do not meet the current entry requirements but he listened to the reasons why I did not meet them and then requested that the course leads consider me based on exceptional circumstances. Only because of this was I eventually offered a place, if he hadn’t initially requested for me to be considered I do not believe I would have been. He truly goes above and beyond whatever his role requires to help the needs of the customers as well as the business. He would be a true asset for any company. Oliver knew the students he supported very well and they too knew that they could always reach out to him if and when there was a need.
