Proved training ROI against business metrics including technician time on site, first time repair, annual calls to call center.Created a Learning and Development (L&D) program by aligning our business objectives with available corporate funded training. This program included “Day of Learning” receiving excellent feedback and is now plan of record to repeat 2 times per year. Conceived, developed and implemented several best in class learning technologies including;• Increased certification tracking and enforcement from 0% to 95% through development of Learning Portal and learning management system (LMS) that featured live and self-paced training, participant testing and tracking.• Enabled rapid delivery of content updates, lowering daily delivery costs from $130 to $8 (94%) per user.• Decreased video delivery time from 4 weeks to 2 minutes through construction of a system that delivered new ‘bite-sized’ and update videos to users’ cell phones.• Managed delivery of Education Services to US Print and PC customers, including Public Sector industries.

Managed the delivery of all Imaging and Printing education services to US customers and set the benchmark for Imaging and Printing educational solutions and services to global markets. Major customers included government, transportation, pharmaceutical and entertainment.Managed and delivered professional development training to K-12 and Higher Ed teachers.Developed new training tool by pioneering a new delivery method called TabletTV, utilizing video web cast and instructional design technologies to deliver on-demand training solutions for customers.

Designed and managed the development of the first on-line service training & documentation product for the LaserJet 3100. This pilot project showcased several breakthrough technologies and was considered best in class for interactive multimedia for HP service and support deliverables.

Designed, developed and delivered instructor-led and CD-ROM based training for sales, service technician, channel partner, quality test, and new employee audiences.Designed CD-ROMs and videos to educate and attract prospective developers, partners and end-users for Taligent Inc., a joint venture between Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Apple.Delivered customized executive-level training at Harvard Business School, Program for Management Development (7 semesters over 4 years).
