In this paid internship for a Fortune 500 company, I incorporated research from internal consultative meetings, industry publications, and client interviews to produce a corporate wellness plan for ADPs worksite employers. To accomplish the project, I leveraged my problem-solving skills to filter ideas into a paradigm-shifting, ideal solution. Afterwards, I presented my findings and an action plan for final implementation to the executive committee.

In this six-month, on-site, Spanish-language immersion project for one of Peru’s largest produce companies, I analyzed the company’s blueberry marketing strategy, created a presentation, and made a formal recommendation to CMO and COO. In addition, I developed market analysis for US blueberries, focusing on potential off-season competitors. I discovered and diagnosed a problem in the company’s international blueberry shipping and redesigned a process flow chart to prevent further issues.
