As a Level 6 Associate at In-N-Out, I am trained to perform all the store's essential operational positions, such as cooking, running the drive-thru, and providing excellent customer service. My responsibilities at the store require me to make quick and effective choices to ensure and maintain high quality of service. At times, I am also required to handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience for the customer. Additionally, I am frequently tasked with training new hires, helping them integrate into our team and ensuring they meet our service standards.Aside from operational tasks, I am also regularly put in charge of ensuring everything in the store is fully stocked and communicating with managers about anything we need to do/make to ensure our customers receive what they request. For example, I conduct regular produce inventory checks and work with our store computer to calculate and anticipate the amount of materials we need to prepare for the next few hours of operation. This helps prevent accidental shortages during rushes so our associates can focus on meeting our customers' needs.

Clinical experience for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program by the FUHSD Adult School. I worked in teams of 2-4 to practice and provide quality personal care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As a violinist in SFSYO, one of the most selective orchestras in California, I performed in 6-7 public concerts each year that feature various classical pieces and premiere new pieces written by local composers. SFSYO has provided me with the opportunity to learn the art of collaborating with others while challenging my violin abilities.

I played in quintets with YCM. I collaborated and rehearsed with highly selective chamber music settings and participated in masterclasses with local renowned musicians twice per season. Participating in chamber music has helped me find and express my own voice while performing, which is a refreshing contrast to an orchestra.
