Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I came to Oxford, Ohio to continue my education and develop myself as a professional individual. My interests in creativity, human connection and communication in the professional business world led me to pursue a strategic communication major and a fashion corporate business co-major. Throughout my time at Miami University, I have developed and refined myself as a professional creator and communicator. As a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, I have not only been able to meet passionate and driven women, but give back to our local and larger community. Through our philanthropy, which focuses on mental health and well-being, we have been able to raise funds to support The Jed Foundation. Alongside our fundraising events, we strive to spread mental health and suicide awareness on Miami's campus through hands-on campus activities and social media. Additionally, I worked as a new member educator assistant to ensure our new members were informed, supported and welcomed into our chapter. Outside of Miami University, I worked with Fenbury, a branding and marketing consulting firm. Through client outreach, social media content creation and brand redesigns, I was able to gain valuable marketing insights that move audiences to action. This past summer, I was given the opportunity to work as an intern in the Spazio38 Showroom, located in Milan, Italy. At Spazio38, I communicated with their international clientele, informing them of upcoming collections, recommending brands and organizing appointments. This internship gave me the ability to immerse myself in the fashion industry, as well as immerse myself into a new culture. With dedication, positivity and resilience, I am motivated and prepared to enter the professional world. Through my campus involvement and past work experiences, I consider myself well-rounded and able to overcome any challenges that may arise.
