On top of real estate sales, I manage the office and agents, along with overseeing the marketing of the agency.

Las Mareas was a ground up construction in Playa Guiones. I oversaw the entire project from start to finish and took care of day to day tasks, such as, meeting with the builders and site inspections every morning and afternoon.

I assist the company's president with project management for three current property development projects (one commercial and two residential). For the commercial project, I attend weekly site meetings and help coordinate tenants as the project nears completion. For the residential projects, I am responsible for finding appliances and fixtures that align with the company's budget and quality standards. Additionally, I am responsible for completing a Project Notification Form (PNF), conduct market research, and assist with administrative work in the office.

I traveled around New England to help promote and market Point 3. We mainly focus on going to AAU tournaments to reach the true target of the brand.

I tutored a group of 9th graders in a variety of subjects, but mainly math.

I researched and created a marketing plan to improve social media presence and increase use of the mobile app. I also researched leagues in New England, New York, and New Jersey to find new clients for the company.

I ran activities from sports to arts to science projects, as well as taking the kids on field trips. I also would create my own activities, and I ran a one week basketball clinic for kids of all different talent levels.
