DVM graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Licensed Veterinarian in Michigan.I have a deep passion for all aspects of veterinary medicine, but have a special passion for exotics, wildlife, and conservation. I believe in our global world it is important to put a focus on community involvement, as well as global medicine and One Health, and the more we work together the more we can achieve for animals, people, and the environment to provide a better, healthier world for all.I also have a strong interest in pathology, as well as community medicine.I have taken many courses and studied abroad to better my education in terms of conservation and wildlife, and am always on the hunt for CE opportunities to further my education and make me the best I can be. I also enjoy volunteering for global and community outreach projects to provide affordable veterinary care, and served for 3 years at RUSVM as the head LVT for a TNR program on St. Kitts. I have experience mentoring/tutoring fellow students from working in TNR and as a Peer Mentor during my LVT education. I enjoy teaching and was recognized for my leadership and organization while in these roles. Outside of Veterinary Medicine I love outdoor recreation. wildlife photography, and just soaking in the natural world.
