Provide advice to MMCAP Infuse members in dealing with MMCAP Infuse contracts and contractors and any resulting disputes, as directed by program leads and MMCAP Infuse managers.7. Respond to Attorneys General of the various member states in lawsuits they file that impact MMCAP Infuse members or MMCAP Infuse contracts. In coordination with the Minnesota Attorney General, provide advice to MMCAP Infuse, its member state and participating facilities, and staff on how to respond to discovery and other questions related to MMCAP Infuse operations.8. Provide assistance to the member states’ attorneys in understanding, interpreting, and enforcing federal laws and decisions that impact MMCAP Infuse.
