In this role, • I lead tours of campus and department facilities, • I prepared prospective students for interviews, • I was instrumental in the training of new department ambassadors, and • I had an active role in ensuring the smooth running of large student recruitment events.

In this role,• I was trained on and gained experience in the use of a range of analytical instruments including, Agilent MP-AES 4210, Keyence VHX-7000, and Jenway 6305 bench-top spectrophotometer,• I conducted laboratory experiments to maintain chemical balance in numerous chemical processes and gave adjustments to line operators accordingly,• I maintained up-to-date documentation of results and laboratory administration, allowing for smooth running of the workspace,• I expanded my knowledge of complex PCB manufacture, specifically metallic plating techniques, and• I created multiple laboratory organisational spreadsheets to assist in the visualisation of laboratory chemistry stock, reordering of supplies and tracking of usage averages, additionally, I created spreadsheets to monitor the testing frequency of chemical processes, linked to statistical software used to monitor performance.

A part-time remote-working role during which time I introduced the owner of two curated, family-oriented Airbnb properties to the power of Social Media marketing to expand their reach. I created Facebook and Instagram pages for the two properties combined and designed the original introductory posts for each. This was after a consultation with my client about the style and target audience for her properties and continuous development of this during the project.

Over the course of a year,• I lead the team in meetings, producing meeting minutes, publishing agendas, holding people to account for assigned tasks, and keeping conversation focussed and productive,• I was proactive in establishing positive relationships with potential customers, larger scale clientele, and gaining endorsement from local celebrities, • I spoke for the development of our business alongside peers at both local and regional competitions.Winners of Best Local Young Enterprise, Winners of the Local Teamwork Award
