I developed strong project management and team collaboration skills while working on a large-scale Data Center Design implementation project for Facebook, which required me to leverage schedule compression techniques to meet aggressive deadlines using Work Breakdown Structures. I collaborated with Engineering and Product Management to compiled and transmitted design deliverable documents and submittals to our customer and internal teams. I successfully managed all project documentation on our document control platform during the project lifecycle and utilized Smartsheet for the overall maintenance of design updates, reports and KPI dashboards.

Redesigned the company's website to streamline the general navigation of the site and enhance the online user experience which maximized customer traffic and increased sales. Interviewed key stakeholders to gather insights about their product goals and created an early mockup of the future product's architecture. Conducted user interviews to gather qualitative data from the target audience, such as their needs, wants, and motivations.Created user personas that represented our target audience and conducted storyboarding to connect user personas and user stories. Developed a wireframe to visualize the structure of a future page, including the key elements and how they fit together. Created a prototype to simulate the look and feel of the new site. Used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to execute color pallets, themes, styles, structuring, and images. Validated the product with both key stakeholders and end-users. Tested the product in-house by completing routine operations to uncover any major usability flaws. Also conducted user testing sessions with our target audience.
