My partner and I started up a meal delivery service with a wine pairing during lockdown.

I worked as a chef on yachts up to 80m. In between full time or seasonal positions I worked as a freelancer, often returning to the same vessel. Working as a yacht chef demands exceptional organisation skills, the ability to plan ahead and schedule deliveries, and great communication skills in order to work as part of a well drilled team to deliver a fantastic experience to guests.
