- Handle all receiving, recording, and paying vendor invoices within payment terms- Manage, reconcile and record credit card transactions- Monitor expense reimbursements and record all expenses in accounting system- Handle all sales tax returns and monthly payments on time- Responsible for end of month closing procedures that relate to AP- Complete ACH, wire and check weekly payment batch- Monitor payables email and communicate with external and internal payment issues

• Assist with the hiring, training, development, rewards, and termination of administrative staff• Assist all on-site staff, including Leasing staff, Bookkeeping staff, other administrative staff, and Maintenance staff• Posting of payments received from all applicants, current tenants and non-current tenants• Processing and reconciling daily credit card, debit card and ACH transactions• Completing end of month closing procedures

• Assist with account reconciliations including requesting missing invoices, entering invoices and processing statements in the Quick Books system• Complete bank reconciliations and balance bank accounts• Process ACH payments, research customer account credits and manage missing payment reports • Participate in end of month closing procedures

• Process and code invoices for payment• Submits request for purchases to obtain purchase orders• Log all Purchase orders and keep track in Great Plains system• Handle receiving shipments and keep book room and supply room in order

• Assist with student accounts, distribute stipend checks and process student payments• Initiate and pursue the prompt collection on active and inactive students accounts• Prepare financial statements and reports with completeness and accuracy• Responsible for purchasing office supplies

• Manage front-desk reception area while routing incoming calls to appropriate departments• Greeting visitors, distributing correspondences and performing various administrative tasks• Gathered and compiled information for reports, printed / distributed reports in a timely manner• Maintain Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, Education Dept, and Campus Directors’ schedules and handle booking of appointments

• Notify credit departments, order merchandise repossession or service disconnection• Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts, arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules• Collect payments on past due accounts by incoming and outgoing phone calls
